BRC: The ICE Adventure has consistently been our best-selling recumbent trike (both with and without e-assist). The e-assist gives you the option to get as much or as little exercise as you desire. A commonly expressed concern we hear from new customers is that they won’t get enough exercise with e-assist; our response is that the system is intended to provide pedal-assistance. It’s a smart system that will match (or exceed) your own leg power and give you the versatility to get as much or as little exercise as you desire. The ICE Adventure with e-assist and some level of suspension is a great choice as an all-around versatile recumbent trike for pavement as well as gravel.
ICE: The Adventure is the perfect trike for road and trail use with its high frame and excellent ground clearance. It features indirect steering for natural and intuitive handling from the first ride. Handling remains controlled, predictable and light, even when cornering at speed.
The higher seat position compared to some of our other trikes gives easy access to the trike and a great view when cycling. The seat angle can be easily adjusted to one of four positions. The Adventure is available in Rigid, Rear or Full Suspension models, offering several levels of riding comfort to suit all budgets.
